Nutrition Assessment and Diagnosis utilizing Functional Laboratory Testing

Description: The presentation will include a case study utilizing both conventional and functional nutritional assessment with a focus on nutritional laboratory testing. While conventional nutrition analysis and diagnosis determines the client has poor dietary patterns, functional laboratory testing indicates impaired biochemical pathways that can be augmented with diet therapy and nutrition supplementation. A follow-up including a review of the laboratory findings is explained in detail.
